TRP will screen the 2007 Colombian Documentary Film "FREKUENSIA KOLOMBIANA"  on October 8th  at 7:30 PM at El Teatro at the Center for the Performing Arts located at 777 North Green Street in Chicago. 

The documentary was directed by Vanessa Gocksch, it explores the traditional forms of Colombian music and it's relation to Hip Hop.  This Documentary  was showcased in numerous film festival across the United States and Latin America.  The Limited edition DVD/CD will available for sale at the event at a special price. 

 Northwest Indiana to host first annual ELote Music Festival, which is a celebration of Latin culture in Indiana. The three day festival features live music, arts and crafts, food vendors featuring some great home grown Corn along with a huge carnival with rides and games for the whole family.  Featured bands are: TOGETHER, MY BROTHERS SALSA BAND, HERENCIA MUSICAL, and many more.

Saturday, September 19th, 2009 at The VENUE at the Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, Indiana, located at 777 Casino Center Dr. just 20 minutes from Downtown Chicago.  Doors will open at 6:30 PM with the Show starting at 7:00 PM.  The next stop on the International exchange tour, YURY AI, is in Miami this week to part take in a few community based events. Which includes a performance with Experiment at JAZID, Tonight in Miami.  On Friday, August 7th, Yury AI will be at Urban Resurrection PS14 in Downtown Miami, As apart of the BEAT Program; (Bring Eternal Arts of the Streets) Which is an open mic event for the youth in the community.

 Please Check the NCLR Lowrider Exhibit Photo album in the Galleria.
